  • Transportation: All local transfers, including airport pickups and drop-offs, and intercity travel as per the itinerary.
  • Activity Fees: Entrance fees for parks, attractions, and activity sites mentioned in the itinerary.

For children

  • Children’s Discounts: Kids 0-5 stay free with two adults; discounts for ages 6-12 apply based on the package.
  • Child Activity Participation: Children can join most activities, but some may have age restrictions. Check details before booking.
  • Child Safety and Supervision: Parents must supervise their children and follow provided safety guidelines. Some activities may need parental consent or accompaniment.

Other terms

  • Booking & Payment: A deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to departure.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure are refundable, minus any applicable fees. Cancellations within 30 days of departure are non-refundable.
  • Itinerary Changes: The itinerary may change due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or operational requirements. Travelers are expected to follow health and safety regulations.
  • Luggage Policy: Each traveler is allowed one checked bag and one carry-on. Excess baggage may incur additional fees.
  • Behavior & Requests: Respectful behavior is required at all times. Special requests should be communicated at booking and are subject to availability.
